We have recently completed another office refurbishment scheme on Throgmorton Avenue in Finsbury, London.

This site is on a narrow one way street, with a tight corner to navigate at the entrance to the road, meaning all deliveries have had to be broken down into smaller loads just so we can get materials into the working area.

The working area was on the a third floor of an existing occupied building. As the rest of the building was live and the staircore was shared, we erected an external scaffold hoist at the front elevation, and removed a window for access, to be made good on completion.
