The project was to refurbish a vacant office suite in an occupied building, and was undertaken through a Contractors Design contract. This included the services, mechanical electrical and data cabling, glazed partitions, reception desk, breakout facilities, kitchens and bathroom provisions.

The works took place whilst the rest of the building was occupied, so care was taken to programme noisy works at all times. The building that the work took place in is located i a busy area of Central London, so deliveries and waste away had to be tightly programmed in order to minimise disruption to traffic and neighbouring businesses.
