This is the third project we have secured for our repeat business client Assura.

Starting on site in July 2020, the project comprised the design and construction of a new three-storey medical centre facility and pharmacy shell to a BREEAM Excellent standard, including associated external works and car parking works located on the site.

The overall site originally held a Community Centre and Library and associated car parking facilities. These amenities remained in full occupation and use during the construction of the new medical centre. Works were also adjacent to a primary school, so it was imperative that noise and dust and site security were maintained at all times to safeguard all involved and mitigate risk of disruption.

In line with our commitment to the Considerate Constructors scheme, we sent newsletters to local residents to inform them of our planned activities and provide contact details for our site manager in case of concern or query.
