This complex extension and refurbishment of a busy local medical centre was carried out in phased sections as the clinic was live throughout the project. The works comprised of the design and construction of three extensions and the full refurbishment to an existing single-storey Primary Medical Care facility to a BREEAM Very Good standard, including all associated works, car parking and partial demolition works.

The project includes a complete new comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation and  includes new windows, doors, roofing, cladding, footpaths, hard and soft landscaping and external lighting. All works were carried out over 4 distinct phases to maintain the full operation of the surgery at all times.
